COMING UP:
Death Cafes at York Public Library
Age-Friendly York and YCSA are excited to be hosting our second Death Cafe in collaboration with York Public Library and Leona Oceania of Die Well Death Education. The Cafe will be next Wednesday, February 26th, from 1 to 3 p.m. in the Community Room.
We will be offering cake, coffee and conversation for everyone! Please register through the library at by clicking the button, but if you have any trouble registering don't let that stop you from joining us next Wednesday!

Brief history of the Community Supper
Prior to Covid, YCSA had been working with another organization to host a community supper that took place on Tuesday evenings at First Parish church in York. Once COVID-19 was becoming very prevalent in our area, the supper was shut down. In December 2022, we began the YCSA Community Supper. The supper is where community members can come and visit with neighbors and friends for a meal. The community supper takes place on the first and third Tuesday of every month at the First Parish Church in York Village. Each night, other community groups from throughout York work with us and help with hosting.
